RENTALS (Chalets)

Do you allow barbecues or planchas? Is there a communal barbecue area at the campsite? Barbecues are allowed (subject to local prefectural orders regarding forest fire risks). Planchas are also permitted. Additionally, a shared barbecue is available for free use within the campsite.

Are pets allowed? We accept pets for an additional fee.

Do you rent bed linen, baby cots, or high chairs? We do not rent bed linen or baby cots. However, we can provide a high chair free of charge upon request.

Can I bring a second vehicle or a trailer? Only one vehicle is included per rental. It must be parked on your designated plot. A second vehicle or a luggage trailer may only be accepted (for an extra fee) by prior arrangement with the reception.

Is it possible to pitch a tent on a chalet plot? No.

Are pillows and duvets provided in the rentals? Yes, pillows and duvets are systematically provided. Extra blankets can be requested at the reception.

Are the chalets equipped with a TV? Yes, they are, and this service is free of charge.

How much is the cleaning fee? The end-of-stay cleaning fee is €71. It is optional if you choose to clean the rental yourself.

Are the chalets air-conditioned? No, they are not. However, they are equipped with a fan.

What are the check-in and check-out times? Check-in for chalets starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed before 10:00 AM.

CAMPING PITCHES

Are pets (dogs, cats) allowed? We accept pets for an additional fee.

Do you rent refrigerators? No, we do not offer refrigerator rentals.

Can I bring a second vehicle or a trailer? Only one vehicle is included per pitch and it must be parked on your designated plot. A second vehicle or a trailer will be charged according to our current campsite surcharges and must also fit within your allocated pitch. Any request for a second vehicle must be made in advance at the reception.

What is the electricity amperage on the pitches? The power supply is 6 Amps. Please make sure to bring a European P17 male plug for the connection and a sufficiently long extension cord (at least 20 meters, depending on the pitch).

Can I pitch multiple tents on one plot, and how much does it cost? Yes, there is no limit on the number of tents per pitch. However, please note that there is a maximum of 6 people per pitch. All your equipment (caravan and/or tents + car) must remain within the limits of your plot and must not obstruct the campsite access roads.

What are the check-in and check-out times? For camping pitches, check-in starts at 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon).

Can we choose our specific pitch? Yes, you can choose your pitch. This is subject to availability and your booking date: "The earlier you book, the more likely you are to be able to choose your preferred spot."

THE SWIMMING POOL

Is the swimming pool far from the campsite? The swimming pool is the municipal pool, located 150 meters from the campsite entrance.

Is the pool free of charge? Yes, it is free of charge, provided that you wear the wristband given to you upon your arrival at the campsite.

Is the pool open 7 days a week? No, please refer to the posted opening hours.

What swimwear is allowed in the aquatic center? For hygiene and environmental reasons, board shorts and swim shorts are strictly prohibited. Only "speedo-style" briefs or "boxer-style" swim trunks are allowed. Swimming in outfits covering the entire torso, limbs, and head is also prohibited. This restriction does not apply to UV-protection T-shirts specifically designed for swimming, waterproof swim caps, or equipment specifically intended for swimming lessons or sports performance.

Is the pool heated? Yes, our large lap pool, the leisure pool, and the paddling pool are heated throughout the entire season.

Can children go to the pool alone? Children under 8 years old, as well as children under 12 who cannot swim, must be accompanied by an adult and remain under their supervision at all times.

Can our friends join us at the aquatic center for a swim? No, this is not permitted unless they are also staying at the campsite. Otherwise, they must pay the entrance fee directly to the swimming pool reception.

Are wristbands mandatory to access the aquatic center? Yes, wearing the wristband is mandatory to access the pools and the aquatic area. They ensure that access is reserved exclusively for campsite residents, guaranteeing your safety and that of your children. Wristbands will be placed on your wrist upon your arrival.

PAYMENT METHODS & CANCELLATION POLICY

What payment methods do you accept for bookings? For remote bookings, we accept bank transfers, French bank checks, ANCV holiday vouchers (Chèques-Vacances), and credit/debit card payments via our website (using the 3D Secure protocol). On-site, we accept credit/debit cards, cash, bank checks, and ANCV holiday vouchers.

What is your cancellation policy? We do not offer cancellation insurance. In the event of a cancellation, the total balance of the stay will be retained, except in cases of force majeure (death, serious illness, etc.) upon presentation of official supporting documentation.

CAMPSITE SERVICES

Is there a Wi-Fi connection? Is it free? Yes, Wi-Fi is available. It is free of charge and accessible from any pitch or rental.

Does the campsite have any quality labels? Yes, we hold the following labels: Accueil Vélo (Cyclists Welcome), Camping Qualité, a 3-star rating, and we are also a recognized LPO Wildlife Refuge (League for the Protection of Birds).

Are there washing machines and dryers? Yes, we have a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Do you sell stamps and postcards? Yes, we sell postcards and stamps for mail within France.

Do you offer activities for children? Yes, in July and August only. We offer at least one organized activity for children per week, although we do not have a formal "Kids' Club."

Do you have a restaurant or a snack bar? No, we do not have a restaurant or snack bar on-site. However, we have a small convenience store selling drinks, ice cream, and basic essentials. In July and August, we host various food trucks. We also offer breakfast throughout the season (must be ordered by the previous evening) and a bread delivery service in July and August.

What are the opening hours of the grocery store? The grocery store follows the same opening hours as the reception.

Can we buy fresh bread at the campsite? Yes, fresh bread and pastries are available every day in July and August during reception opening hours. Please place your order by the day before.

What other facilities and services does the campsite offer?

• Children's playground (roundabout, slide for ages 3-6, spring riders).

• Table tennis (ping-pong).

• Volleyball and badminton court.

• Children's tent with a foosball table.

• Gift shop featuring souvenirs and local products.

• Common room with a TV, a library, and a self-service kitchen area (microwave, coffee maker, kettle).

• Free communal barbecue.

• Large marquee (barnum) with tables and benches for public use.

• Football goals.

• Free equipment loans (board games, Mölkky, pétanque sets, rackets, balls, etc.).

AROUND THE CAMPSITE

Is the campsite close to shops and the town center? The campsite is located 500 meters from the town center of Baugé and its local shops. In Baugé, you will find several supermarkets: an Aldi (450m from the campsite), a Super U (1.6 km), and a Spar (1 km), as well as local convenience stores. There is also a local market every Monday afternoon and Saturday morning.

Where is the nearest post office? The nearest post office is located in the center of Baugé (1 km). You can also buy stamps for mail within France directly at the campsite shop. We are happy to post your pre-stamped mail for you—just drop it off at the reception.

Are there cycling routes near the campsite? Yes, the "La Vélobuissonière" cycling route passes right through the campsite. We also have many local cycling loops available; we can print these maps for you at the reception upon request.

Are there hiking trails near the campsite? Yes, there are numerous hiking trails nearby. We can provide and print these itineraries for you at the reception upon request.
